Product Information :
The Elektro-mag M 2815 P – Recognition laboratory centrifuge is one of our swing-out centrifuges. Swing-out centrifuges are capable of to reach the same rotation speeds of fixed-angle centrifuges, Ofcourse, they achieve higher centrifugal forces thanks to their rotor design . This enables to have more efficient separation results at the same speed of the centrifuges. The model which is defined as ” Recognition “ presents the advantage of the ability to process samples in tubes of different volumes with interchangeable rotors. Our Elektro-mag M 2815 P full swing-out centrifuge has a capacity of 28 pcs of 15 ml tubes (28 x 15 ml). Easily interchangeable tube carriers allow separation with optional 4 x 50 ml or 4 x 100 ml tubes and 24×1.5/2 ml tubes.
The Elektro-mag M 2815 P has 10 programs. The 4.3” touchscreen, wide-screen digital display provides significant ease of use. Thanks to the PID control unit, the centrifuge speed can be adjusted between 500 and 5000 rpm. Maximum centrifugal force reaches up to 4480 x g with 28 pcs 15ml and 4 pcs 50 and 100 ml tubes. Max. speed is 14.000 rpm and RCF is 18625 x g for 24 pcs of 1.5/2ml tubes.
In addition to adjustable rotation speed thanks to the microprocessor-included programs, features such as start time, interval time, short-term operation mode, acceleration at the beginning of the centrifugation, and decceleration time at the end of the centrifugation process. This option allow to control the operations precisely.
For increased safety, a lid locking mechanism is included. This mechanism prevents the lid from being opened during operation.
Its electrostatically oven-painted steel construction makes it a durable and long-lasting product.
What is Laboratory Centrifuge ?
A centrifuge is a laboratory device used to separate components of different densities in a solution. Its operating principle is based on centrifugal force. Tubes are placed inside a rotor capable of high-speed rotation, connected to a motor. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation forces and the components of the solution in the tubes are forced toward the walls of the tubes. This effect causes the denser components of the solution to settle and collect at the bottom of the tube. Less denser componets are suspended or floats at the top or surface of the solution by completing the separation process.
Where the Laboratory Centrifuges are used ?
Laboratory centrifuges are a common equipment used in most academic, clinical, and research laboratories. They are used to purify cells, subcellular organelles, viruses, proteins, and nucleic acids. In short, they are used primarily in biology and chemistry laboratories to separate components in samples based on their density. They are frequently used for applications such as blood, cell, and molecular analysis.
What are the advantage of the Elektro-mag Laboratory Centrifuge ?
